Design of this shield:
The Luna symbol stands for paying attention - guardsman shall have this awareness and skill. Then you can see a horn of a narwal, also a very old symbol of the Roman Legion and stars symbolizing the gods light in "olympos".
You will receive the texture file.
It is pretty simple and baby kind easy to install this files but I've made this note for you:
First make a copy of the original shields outside your Skyrim textures folder.
Reason: The files with this package will overwrite the existing ones.
Then unzip the files you’ve downloaded and drag and drop the texture files directly to
the
programs/skyrim/data/textures/armor/imperial
folder.
