For those having trouble with using Meshes AND new Textures you need to
Meshes 1. Keep the original folders you got from downloading this mod 2. Open the Mesh folder (from this mod) 3. drag and drop the items into your Data Folder exactly once you open the Meshes.
Textures 1. same thing, keep the mod authors original folders you got from your download 2. Open the Texture folder (from this mod) 3. Drag and drop the Texture items into your Data Folder exactly once you open the Textures.
Dont drag and drop anywhere else. Not in your Data/Texture/clutter or Data /Texture / your own mods clutter folder or Data / Texture/ clutter / this mods folder saying Textures
All the items from this mod need to be dragged and dropped exactly in Data / Meshes / or Data / Textures /
So if you open a mod that says (Wallart / Meshes / wallart folder ) you NEED to make sure you start at : (Meshes / wallart folder )
This is because even though you plan to use your own folders and subfolders for the Textures and Meshes custom mods that use NEW textures need to stay as they were because the Meshes from these mods have the Texture path INSIDE the Mesh NIF.
If you try to not use the mod authors file path from the download you will not see the new textures in the CK
I used two of your books in my new mod, The Winking Skeever loft, then I used the model to make a bunch more using images from the book of Kells, the Hereford mappa mundi, and the real life poetic edda. Check it out...
So, Im trying to actually USE them in a book itself via converting them into a .png and it seems that there maybe an issue with converting was curious if theres anything special to do to them to make it work correctly?
I've made these books gameplay and physics-enabled in NarrativeLoot - Open Books! Your textures are fantastic, and I hope that they will be brought to even more people!
