About:

I'd had a few requests to make the Ancient Staff from Runescape, so I thought why not? I decided to put it inside a small dungeon as a learning curve for myself for future projects. Hopefully it works fine for everyone else and isn't too annoying :)

Both model and textures were created by me using 3ds Max 2011/2014 and Photoshop CS6.

What this mod includes: A small dungeon, with a brand new weapon as the end reward.



Obtaining:

The Ancient Staff can be found at the end of Ebris's Lab, near Hamvir's Rest. This small dungeon is full of Draugr and may be challenging for the lower player. Frost Resistance and potions can be found on location.



Installation:

Use Nexus Mod Manager

or

Extract the files of the archive to your Skyrim Data Folder

ancientstaff.esp
ancientstaff.bsa

Please remember to enable the .esp after you have installed the files :)



Uninstall Instructions:

Remove using Nexus Mod Manager

or

Simply delete the following files/folders:

ancientstaff.esp
ancientstaff.bsa



Questions:

Q. What does the Ancient Staff do?
A. Each successful cast hits enemies with a freezing wind which applies a deadly bite of frost.

Q. When are you going to make the Bandos Armor?
A. I'll start working on it soon.



Known Issues:

1. I can't pinpoint the error with the navmesh, so currently Followers will not enter with you.
2. I wanted the effect to freeze the enemy in a block. Until I can figure that out, the current effect will have to do :)

All screenshots are taken directly from the game and resized down from 1920x1080 to 1280x720. No other editing has been done.
