This mod attempts to fix the bug where NPCs stop using race-specific dialogue when you become a vampire. The most common of these dialogues are the guard comments, such as "What is is Argonian?".

This should fix this problem and recognise you as your character's race. I may have missed a few dialogue checks so if there are any that I've missed, feel free to comment about them and I'll try to sort it out as soon as I can.
