I will be porting all my mods to SSE for PC, and all but DVA (because SKSE) for consoles. Porting will start in December (getting new computer) so it will be a bit of a wait, but I am planning on updating each and adding a bit more content so hopefully it will be worth it.
To impatient players and modders: I'm totally fine if you want to port them for personal use, but do so at your own risk and please do not post them. Some will be getting quite a bit of clean up to get the size down, and running the current mod and then updating may cause issues.
Has ANYONE heard from the author at all? I ported this mod to SE a LONG time ago and I just added a new blood texture so I want to upload it.. I'm really surprised it hasn't been officially ported after all of this time. I sent a message asking if I could upload the ported version and I'm waiting on a response.
Would it be possible to send me your ported version please? I really want this mod for SE and I don't know how to port mods myself. The author has been MIA since 2017 so I don't think they will be able to consent
This is easily the best Vampire mod for Skyrim . some people would argue that Better Vampires or Sacrosanct is better . But I would argue the skills and spells take a back seat to looks . I refuse to play as a ugly hideous vampire monster with sunken face and light bulb eyes . Can someone please , pretty please make something like this for SSE ?
Had a question: While the (very small) neck seam doesn't really bother me that much. I was wondering if anyone knew which files I need to replace for the 'fully fed' textures with my own, non-DVA, vampire head/face files? The idea being that when my vampire is fully fed it uses the normal vampire head (and not the one provided in this mod) and as I get more hungry and my appearance worsens it just uses the normal degraded face textures from this mod, that way the mild neck seam will only ever appear if I am deprived of blood.
There is a surviving SE copy of this mod over on Schlaken Mods. I just got it to run sucessfully on my SE skyrim as of 01/09/2022. Here is the link in two parts below. beware that Schlaken is VERY not safe for work and you have to create an account
