This adds the spell Magicka Ward to Skyrim.

This powerful ward blocks spells and breath, absorbing magicka. You lose the benefits of armor while concentrating. It is an Expert level Alteration spell which can be bought and found anywhere you would normally find an Expert Alteration spell tome.
