This is a portable utility to simplify the task of creating an installer for the Nexus Mod Manager mods.
It SHOULD work with other games on the Nexus, so long as they use similar ModuleConfig formatting as Skyrim, but they haven't been tested. So, uh, testers wanted...

-Requirements- JAVA Runtime environment (http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp) I believe that's the right one... Nexus Mod Manager - without the manager this tool is kind of pointless
