Do the shields themselves protect? Or is it the ward that comes up after a bit after raisiing the shield? I ask because when trying to time the blocks right to stagger enemies, it seems off....or it's just me, ha ha. Thanks.
The transparent shield idea is great, but the shields look too "modern" with the plain (though glowing) circular border and plain handles. Kudos for the mod and effort though!
If you can retexture them, and maybe add some glowing symbols to the edges, that would be great! Rather than making the edges wide, maybe reduce it to a razor- thin glowing outer edge, while an inner edge has more opaqueness and some glowing Dragon-language themed symbols.

Love these shields. Didn't work properly with skyre(they had zero armor rating and couldn't block anything), but I made a small patch to make them work. The mind shield is my primary difense for my mage character now. Can't believe it took me so long to find this mod. The esp also had a few ITMs and stuff, but cleaning with TES5Edit fixed those. Thank you for this mod.
