I'm german native speaker but fluent in english. And i'm glad that the voice of Inigo is so clean captured. He's easy to understand even further away. That's not the case with Lucien.
Can't remember everything he said but "haha, look he's scared stiff" was the most funny until now. I used a roll to paralyze a monster and he said this. But also his conversations with Lucien are great. They're both working so well together. I had Kaidan and Geralt of Rivia as followers before. Kaidan had a nice story, but bad audio and i didn't understand most of him, because of his british dialect, which pissed me off the most. And Geralt has absolutely nothing else to say than "wind's howling" and similar. The typical witcher, hah.
Smartbluecat (Gary) is Scottish. He went through great pains to carefully filter all of the thousands of lines he recorded, removing static and such, to make them clear and professional. It really does help, but not everyone has those skills.
In my current game walkthrough, I use Serana & Inigo as my default friends and followers. Recently I gave Inigo the Ebony Mail (upgraded to Legendary status) and maybe after 30 minutes he suddenly responded with 'This armor is good. I feel well protected.'. After that response, I felt worthy enough to create armor & weapons for the gods of Tamriel. Additionally, when I made a recent visit to the Greybeards with Serana & Inigo, I suddenly heard in the background both of them saying something similar to 'I pray to the gods for forgiveness and to wash away my sins'. I was not expecting this at all as I have visited the Greybeards many times with Serana, but only recently with Inigo tagging along. It's these small incidents that will make me remain a lifelong Skyrim fan and to continue to only use Serana and Inigo as followers. Thank you again for the great work!
We have had quite a lot of adventures with Inigo but I like changing characters, so we usually end up meeting with him again and again a lot of times and going on pretty much the same adventures. The only thing never the same is Inigo's reaction... But on Solstheim (obviously) he prefers being silent. So we just cleared out Dumzbthar, helped Lucien out, and headed out to the Retching Netch for some rest. Meeko naps in the corner, Inigo relaxes on the bar stool. I'm heading to my room to finally sleep a bit. And... Inigo says something. At first I thought it was just his line for entertaining himself (like the one about Tiger Septim) or perhaps scene with Meeko but then I heard Geldis replying! And Inigo saying something to him again! And Geldis replying this time, too!
When the Player choses to not reconnect Inigo's past with himself, why isn't there an option to seek for Inigo's forgiveness aswell? Even if you are honest the moment you meet him, saying that you have no idea who he is, you still exploit Inigo's guilt and vulnerability by letting him do dangerous tasks without pay. Inigo only lied to himself.
"Hey inigo! Yes? What is it like being friends with the Dragonborn? Oh you know we are both very similar. I am better looking of course" - to himself after I dismissed him and started following
"Hello? Anybody home? I hope you are not faking your death" again after dismisisng him and he found a wolf I killed
"OK doggy. You are number two companion. I am number one. There is no negotiation to be had. Got it? Bark if you understand me." - To meeko in an inn When I was in a Different room. Note: meeko didn't bark XD
My favourite line was when I was trying a punching build, and we had just finished a fight with a couple of necromancers. After the fight, he said: "That was a good fight. It would have been better if both of us had our weapons out." (not exact)
So I punched him. Come on, Inigo. You know better than to question my life choices.
My second best line would be when he was using a crossbow, clearing out Forebears' Holdout, and he muttered: "This crossbow thing is fun!" (I was surprised because I was under the impression that DLC lines were in development) Now he uses Zephyr and complains about ME using a crossbow...

2: give him some ectoplasm
3: If you have moos sugar in your inventory, he will mention it, AND give you a new recipe.
