An updated Stats.xml file for ReProccer containing Wanderer Armor+Unique bows.

Updates stats.xml for use with Wanderer Cuirass and Unique Bows.
I used qotsafan's stats.xml from SkyRe Reproccer Compatibility Patches
Wanderer Cuirass will now be sorted with the appropriate stats, so light version will have moderately less armor than heavy.
Unique Bows will now be sorted as following:
Faal Sizaan - Longbow
Hunter's Roar - Longbow
Bow of Elberond - Longbow
Scorpions Tail - Longbow
Bow Of Gunnar Sigvatson - Longbow
Bow With No Name - Longbow
Bow Of Shadow - Shortbow
Twister - Shortbow
Foaming Wave - Shortbow
Dwemer Tool No.457 - Shortbow
I chose the categories based on the look of the bows. Let me know if you want other things changed, I plan on including as many popular mods as is needed.
