One day, a skull starts talking to you about renovating a house in Winterhold. Things get stranger from there.

What is it?
A short quest that ends with you owning a particularly bipolar cottage in Winterhold. A skull starts making demands and promising you a house, but not until you jump through a couple of hoops for him first. Once you're done, you can enjoy the amenities, sleep in whichever bed suits your particular brain problems, and try not to have nightmares about the mudcrabs.
What's it got?
Beds, storage, bookshelves, wood chopping, cabbages, forks, a grinding stone, an enchanting bench, a lovable wolf's head, a waterplace with cold flames and water running upward, a dragon chandelier, and a cozy garden of skulls.
What do other people think?
"It's pretty cool." - "An autosave there, which is a little weird." - "Oh my god. Crap. What the hell? Oh, they're freaking out! Okay, okay, okay, okay."

Take a look!
I need help on the quest!
If you can't figure out how to start, watch the video above or highlight this: Talk to the skull beside the ruined house. If you can't figure out what to do after that, try reading your journal. No, you don't get quest pointers.
