In case anyone is interested in using this with Anniversary Edition then go right ahead. I just tested it out and it works like a charm. You don't need to use Cathedral Assets Optimizer or Creation Kit. Just manually download the mod from here, insert the 2 files in the Data folder and depending on what mod manager you use, I use NMM, make sure to activate the mod on your modlist before you enter the game and voila. You're good to go.
FYI: There is a (two days newer) update on Steam? - I guess the author forgot to change it here as well.
Added dwarven items. Added hide, scaled, thalmor and leather to tanning rack for breakdown. Changed the amount of metal yielded from smelting for armor and weapons based on requests.
This is a great mod, but it would be nice to see a full, detailed list of items that can be smelted down. Specifically the clutter that can be smelted. so I don't have to waste space collecting things that can't be smelted. Thank you!

I second this. Though it may be easier to just list everything metal that can't be melted since the list of metal that can be melted would be a lot longer. I think the not-'meltable' list would be easier to remember.
Hiya, fantastic mod a great helper. Just a pointer for others to read, be careful else you will recycle your pickaxes and woodaxes. i was too quick on the keys and later when deep into the country I had no pickaxe to mine a massive ore vien....Perhaps there is a way to not smelt your favourites down? Then equipped or not they would be safe. Keep up the good work, will look forward to your next update.
I love this mod! Only wish i could recycle leather at the tanning rack too! That would be a great match up! Thanks for making this. Since SSE came out i found a lot of mods that i didn't have in regular Skyrim and now i'm trying to find all those mods for it. I'm halway there but i think there are some mods for SSE that Skyrim doesn't have. Oh well. I got yours!!!

I've been using this version the past couple months
hm, steam page says last updated 2013 and the nexus link on the steam page is dead
