UPDATE, PLEASE READ: In 1.0 I accidentally uploaded a script from the original gray fox mod instead of one of the scripts this mod needed. Since the count of script files was same as I expected, I didn't notice I hadn't uploaded all of the right scripts. (The missing script was the script that triggered the detect life effects. The other effects can be seen in the active magic effects tab). I've fixed the problem and tested it on my secondary computer and it works perfectly now.
Please download v1.1 as it should work now. Thanks again, Ice

Thi s mod is NOT the gray fox cowl of oblivion. The persona aspect of the Gray Fox in oblivion is gone; aka you cant commit murder with the mask on, take it off, and not have a bounty. The guards will still pursue you! while the immersion aspect of the quest line is very involving and interesting I was disappointed to find out I could not have as much fun with it as I did in oblivion. Anyone looking for an identical Gray Cowl of Nocturnal from oblivion see here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64822/ You can however have more than 1 Gray Cowl mod installed (I use one for display in my thieves guild vault) and still run the game fine as far as i can tell. I would still recommend this mod as it provides detailed information of the lore aspect of the game.

Hi, I got a prompt from Vortex saying that one of my mods was would not work as i need to have 'Gray Fox Cowl' installed, so i punched that into the search bar and all that came up was this mod, i installed it and yet still the other mod still needs what it asked for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards.
Awesome but you seriously need to patch or edit that detect life's aura, it's so big that i can't even see my own companions. It's annoying to play with that
