Well, I was playing on Become a Skooma Dealer, and I realized how hard some of the ingredients were to come by, so I made this mod, which adds crafting recipes at a cooking pot for most of the ingredients, and if you look in Farengar's study, you made find he's not EXACTLY truthful.
