Cool. Loving it btw. I've noticed that Jendi Blueblood and a handful of other Bounty Bandits on the tail end of the 'help "bounty bandit"' list have mismatching face colors while every other bandit I've spawned seems fine. It's not a big deal at all but I thought I'd let you know.
For those having trouble with grayface still, try this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37981/?
It is a special TES5Edit script that brings forward the character edits made by appearance overhauls such as this one. It covers only appearance edits.
It's very easy actually, check the mod in TES5edit: you make Apachiihair.esm and OBIS.esp a master of an esp. In the "Head Parts" section look for something that says Hair in it, then replace it with an ApachiiHair head part.
If there is no hair head part just add the ApachiiHair.
Saddly I got grey face bug, I couldn´t make it work, I installed the two main files including the FaceGenData files and checked the installation route but keep getting the bug, I don´t know if it conflicts with Geonox better males which I use. Anyway thanks for the stuff.
have both Obis and Obis redone latest version. I placed Obis apachii in the last order with facegen data, still have the grey face bug problem. Any help pls?
Just noticed bandits which spawn using the Apachii hair have a significant neck seam and head colour often doesn't match up to the body. I've installed the facegen thingo too.
I'm not sure why that would happen if you downloaded the FaceGenData then. Double check you actually installed it and if still it's messed go into the CK and pull it yourself.

How did you get Apachi hair for npc's to work?
If there is no hair head part just add the ApachiiHair.
Thats the easy way out, what Job just did was teach a man to fish instead of giving him said fish.
As a side note, the OBIS included in your files is outdated compared to the actual OBIS mod, and it causes a CTD on load if used with OBIS Loot.
Basically use the OBIS from the actual mod, and either make a compatibility/merge patch for OBIS Loot if you want them to work in harmony.
Any help pls?

What body/texture do you use?
I was using Sporty Sexy but recently got into Total Character Makeover. I've seen a few and they all appeared fine.
TCM is pretty nice eh
