Unreal Cinema ENB - The Directors Cut 0.236 BETA Newest update is an upgrade to the newest 0.236 Binary which adds new parameters for Underwater. This version requires the ENB Helper File to render underwater effects.
If you encounter any problems with shadows in water then disable shadows under the [Water] parameter.
Displacement has been disabled underwater due to encountered bugs. Results may vary depending on Water mods used.
This update requires a fresh install. Make sure to read installation notes before installing and asking questions in the comments section. More information about ENB can be found on enbdev.com.
Data Files
The Data File is a MANDATORY install! Do not install Unreal Cinema without it or you will not get the profile as intended.
Updated to v1.17. Added removal of Subsurface Scattering effects to specific Ice types that would be affected.
Optional Files Added two Sunsprite files and two enbpalette files to the Optionals folder.
Older presets Moved to the Old section.
Future Updates I am currently unable to update this ENB due to my graphics card dying on me. When I get a new graphics card I will update this profile further. If anyone tries a new updated binary and has configuration settings they recommend to the community please feel free to post them up and I will make a note of them here.
Due to time being devoted elsewhere I will only update this file when absolutely necessary, so please consider this configuration as finished, and any additional update given as a bonus. I will not support multiple versions (including performance versions) of the file, and will not answer any questions that are already answered in the FAQ or included README. If you do require support beyond what is already offered then feel free to ask for help in the comments section.
A link to my full mod list (with links for ease of use) can be found in the article section.
Please make sure to read the TOS before posting in the comments section.
Feedback and criticism are welcome, however if you have something negative to say about the profile then please keep your criticism constructive as destructive posting helps no one, causes arguments, ends up in account bans.
TLDR: If you have nothing nice to say then don't say it. Offending posters will be moderated.
Reporting issues
If you have any issue let me know about it in the comments section. I cannot fix problems without a description of the issue, so be sure to include details of what the issue is, what you may think causes it, time of day, any mods used that may conflict, etc.
Comments that just rant along the lines of "You broke my game" will just be ignored. ENB by itself cannot break your game. I suggest installing the ENB profile properly.
Brightness levels
If you wish to edit brightness levels for nights or Interiors the quickest, and easiest way to do this is by editing the bolded sections in the post processing section in enbeffect.fx as per below:
CTD and [MEMORY]
If you suffer any issues such as CTD etc then you will likely need to play with different combinations of the settings under [MEMORY] in enblocal until you find one that works best for your setup. There is no setting that suits all I am afraid.
Refer to the below guide for rules of tweaking settings under [MEMORY] in enblocal.ini.
For more information and support on this specific feature you will need to visit the ENB Boost page.
So, I'm new to ENBs, and I'm a bit confused. Everything I've read tells me that I need to go download the ENB binaries from enbdev.com, but the instructions here tell me that I need the binary from beautifulskyrim.whatever.com. Is it the case that A) the 0.236 binary on beautifulsk...something.com replaces the enbdev binary (I assume this is the case since it appears that this ENB runs off of an outdated binary) and I should NOT download anything from enbdev.com? OR B) the creators of this enb just assume I'm not stupid enough to not download the enb series from enbdev.com and have left that obvious step out of the instructions.
Please let me know which is the case. Just wanted to make extra sure before I go muck everything up.
Could I use this ENB or another one on my gaming PC: i5 4690k 3.0 GHz, 8gb ddr3 Kingston ram, nvidia msi gtx 970 4gb graphics card, 500 watt bronze+ certified white psu, 1tb hdd? I am pretty sure my screen is a 720p monitor. I know that I don't have 1080p sadly. Cheers!!
i have got a 970 myself and can run this on 45-60 fps, and i have a lot of other mods aswell, and i'm running the game @ 1080p, so you will have no problems at all!
