For People using Glorious Grasses by Jack254 I found that It is causing up to 5-10 fps lost. So disabling his mod will give you some more fps around the house and everywhere else.

I wanted a double bed without those crossings above the cushion, 3 more beds for followers and at least 2 children's beds with Mod Heartfire activated, nor will I download because I have not seen any descriptions if you have these amenities. I used this mod a few years late I do not remember what is generally ... that pool has a bug you enter it but then to leave there is no way the access ladder was buggy.
I was able to port this using the method https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17990. Aswell as importing a new version of General Stores Auto Sorting mod. It states on the authors page no one is allowed to convert this mod and post it. But if anyone wants to try my port send me a message. I'm just going to go ahead and post the link here. If i get asked to take down and go back to supplying it behind closed doors i will. but a mod like this deserves to be able to be freely downloaded it is just so great of a mod. I take no credit in the making of this mod only converting it to SSE.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are my hero. For me, Whiterun mansion is by far the best player home mod you should have. ok - it's all a matter of taste and everyone prefers others. Whiterun Mansion is so beautiful designed, so comfortable and well thought out with the autosorter, the 2 teleport doors, the switchable things like guards yes or no, more mannequins etc. but above all, simply amazing. OK, you don't want a credit for your work because you "only" converted; but also someone has to do that for users who just can't do it. Therefore I say thank you again and I hope that you will not get any problems because you have published "without permission" on Nexus. A million times thank you. I had this house in my first pc playthrough. It is by far the best add-on player home I've ever used. I couldn't figure out how to make it work and was really bummed out. Your file works perfectly. Thank you so much! My playthrough on SE will finally be complete.

It is so very nearly compatible with Immersive Settlements. Unfortunately the area outside Whiterun is developed just barely too close to the mansion, requiring a lot of disabling. Nothing important as far as I can tell though, only 1 seemingly pointless building and a bunch of fences and wheat are overlapping, so if you want you can try it out.

Causes my game to crash :-( so sad. Loved this house. Is there anyone who can help to remove the script and teleportation stuff? I just want the house, no fancy scripted addons.
There is suppose to be a Thieves Guild Cache barrel in the alley between The Winking Skeever and Angie's Aromatics, but, all I am finding there is the portal back to the Mansion. Did the mod author move the barrel or delete it? O.o
