It does work but even with Jaxonz MCM kicker it takes a while to show up in the mcm for the first time about 20 mins but then shows up after that in about a min or 2. 1) manually downlad UIE and Grimy util 2) BAE to unpack both BSA's Extract the files at this point repack UIE as a zip archive and activate with your MOd Manager I use MO2 3) Grimy utilites (Move the LOOSE files _Copy and Paste) into the appropriate folder )Scripts Folder Do not move the folder into the Grimy folder just the contents From BAE Into the scrips folder. Cannot stress this enough. 4) Delete Or Hide The Skse Plugin ( Magextender.dll) 5) Turn Grimy into a Zip or rar archive activate in your mod manager. 6) DO NOT USE GRIMY PLUGIN ( Dienes tools Papyrus utilities and UIE extensions replace the Grimy Plugin.) I know it looks like hustle to you but in truth it's not .You should consider converting mods or you'll miss a lot of oldrim mods that can and will work. I'll have to look into oldrim mods that can work on ae.
how do you remove a spell from the hotcast slot. deleting does not work. in the past if you used the same spell twice it would over write so you could move it. this also will not work now.
would love to use but on SSE but i get lost in the steps as they seem a bit rushed. Is there any way someone could upload a fixed version (with his permission of course) if not give a little more detail in how exactly one goes about getting this converted over
Unfotunately The mod author has gone no contact and no one is able to reach him. I've been trying to use Spell Crafting for Skyrim SE but I (and several others) keeps getting an error message in our mod organizers. "Couldn't load GrimyTools.dll (Spell Crafting for Skyrim). A DLL is invalid (code 193)." The mod doesn't list Grimy Utilities as a requirement, but the DLL in message appears to have come from it. Do we need to install Grimy Utilities to be able to use this mod? The original creator of this mod appears to have abandoned it.

For MCM issues, try Jaxonx MCM Kicker, which has been properly ported for SE now (some ports have issues, I myself had some back when I tried to port it manually).

Is there any hope for an SSE port? this is one of the most CLEVER mods in skyrim. i wish the author/s of this mod the very best
PS. I've mentioned this way way back, but if ever theres still hope this mod still gets an update *cross-fingers* please consider, a.) taking a look back at the Concentration Spells again where it randomly stops casting when using/holding those spells through a Hotkey.
b.) also, DUAL CAST using SpellHotkeys.. Most spells in skyrim has a Stronger Version by DualCasting the spell while holding BOTH Left & Right mousebuttons.. but when a spell is Binded on a hotkey using GrimyUtilities, it always casts just the BaseVersion of the spell.. so maybe, the mod could further utilize the "KeyModifier" so it could act as a way to DualCast a spell when both modifier+hotkey is pressed... or probly just a checkbox to indicate to always DUALCAST(when Perk is active) everytime the hotkey is pressed?
c.)SUGGESTION: I wish that theres a hotkey dedicated to START/STOP the script for Auto-USE of potions/poisons.... I REALLY liked the Idea of Auto-POISON activated through intervals... HOWEVER i dont want that Auto-POISON to be ENABLED ALL THE TIME... example, when i'm just exploring sniping animals, I dont want to use my Poisons.. but whenever I go to a BOSS BATTLE, I want my Auto-POISON Intervals to work.. so I hope I could start that script ON/OFF with a dedicated Hotkey...

2. Cut the .BSA files and place them on your desktop for easy access
3. Extract the .BSA files using the "Bethesda Archive Extractor" and after extracting the files delete the .BSA files as they are useless for SSE
4. The extracted folders you get from the .BSA files you place in your DATA folder along with the remaining files you manually downloaded
5. Voila!
