this is awesome. i manage port this on SE and fix the white rectangle by adjusting the emissive color from white to transparent on nifskope. there are still some minor bugs but i can just ignore them. like when i got out of cave or load save while holding throwing weapon. the model of that will pop up on air. also it seems that this mod have problem when installed using mo2. the throwing weapon knife does zero damage. so i use nmm instead.
Could you please explain in more detail how you removed the white rectangle? Using NifSkope I opened up the nifs in Meshes/Weapons/throwingweapons... and changed the emissive color to transparent but the rectangle is still there.
Hi all, i would like to report a bug : this mod can cause very long saving time caused by a recursive script, in addiction to this , you can get an erro on ReSaver like this : https://postlmg.cc/qhSDB3nw . I removed both files and i resolved the problem. I hope devoloper will fix this soon, if anyone else had the same
I had the problem with a bleeding save. The save got bigger and bigger in a very short time. After lots and lots of trial and error I found this mod (Throwing Weapons) to be the cause of the bleeding.
After further testing I found the source, the trigger. It was when my weapons were taken from my inventory. For example by delphin when you are supposed to sneak into the embassy.
After trying out more, I was able to identify the axes as the cause. I went to a pre-bleed save and disabled the axes in the MCM mod manager.
Since then I haven't had a bleeding save from the mod anymore. Maybe this will help others as well.
seriously though,when i throw an enchanted(shock) (dwarven)javelin, it only does enchanted damage when the target is in melee range(i think all the javelins and by extension all throwing axes and throwing knives might do this). please fix this mod author
When I have the throwing daggers equipped, I sometimes "throw away" regular one handed weapons. This has happened even with quest items like Nettlebane and Red Eagles Fury. Has anyone else experienced this?
No mjolnir or cap shield? Guess I'll be using the original version of the mod then lol. Seriously in no other mod can you throw thors hammer. That is just too cool to leave out.
