Revamps the Thalmor Headquarters in SOlitude so that it actually is worthy of the Thalmor slightly
- Permissions and credits
This removes the Imperial banners seen in the Headquarters and places Thalmor banners in the interior and exterior of the building.
This also adds Thalmor NPCs:
- Thalmor Commander
- 2 male Thalmor guards
- 2 Female Thalmor Guards
This was really my addition to the "Aldmeri Strengthened" Mod which enables you to offically join the Thalmor located here:
