+++++++++++++++ Very little mod, big changes:
As your characther gets a level, you become the possibility to increase your life or mana or stamina but no skill point anymore !! the idea is to use this mod in combination with the mod "DragonSoulsToPerks" so now the onl possibility for you to increase the skill tree is to spend dragon souls at the added stones (through dragon souls for perks mod)
So the story: your ability as dragon blood let you increase your skills ! Without drgaon souls you can develop your skills tradaitional just like in oblivion: using them !
