Hert in Dawnguard became a horrible female, orcish, ugly and clearly a vampire.
Here is a fix to restore her look.
2 versions included: vanilla and vampire-look (after Dawnguard DLC). You have to install and activate just one.
Here is an interesting book you can find in the game that reveals something about vampires in Tamriel...
I personally prefer the vanilla (hidden vampire) version as it makes more sense...
