Well, 800 hours of playtime, 600 hours of composing, 25 pieces and two years later, Symphonies of Skyrim has reached its final form. I am immeasurably proud of every piece, and I sincerely hope you enjoy having them in your game, after all - that is why I originally pursued the creation of the mod. As promised, all 25 tracks are available in High-fidelity MP3 as an optional file in the next tab, complete with Anniversary artwork and ordered track listing for the Anniversary edition. The Legacy edition contains the old recordings – the versions dragged from ancient history. You might even find a hidden gem or two in there!
So, many thanks for being such a fantastic audience/user-base these past two years. It's been a great ride, and I certainly never expected that the mod would be this well-liked by so many. Thank you once again. And with that, my musical adventures in Skyrim are all but finished.

Thanks for the update! I am wondering, since the new Dawnguard patch allows you to hear the original Dawnguard music, does the new main file also allow you to hear the original Skyrim music as well as the new compositions, or does it overwrite the original tracks?
The basic premise of the mod is that all the music added is additional, rather than as a replacer. The only reason that the different .esp is needed for Dawnguard is due to a bug! That fixed it, meaning that all the music, official or otherwise, can be heard.
I found this from the Caranthir Tower Reborn page and I fell in love immediately. This is definitely going on my must-have mods list.
I was curious, what DAW and plugins/sound libraries do you use? I've been wanting to try my hand at things like this but never knew where to start on getting the sounds to use.
All I needed was to listen for about 5 seconds and I was instantly blown away. Great job! You say you composed these, and that is very intriguing. I desire to know how you actually recorded these pieces? Where were they recorded? Which orchestra / musicians performed in these tracks and where can we see more of their work? Bravo
Many thanks for the kind words. I did indeed - with virtual instruments. The quality of virtual orchestras these days is truly extraordinary. Any actual live elements within the pieces (there are some drum and percussion effects that I performed live and recorded) was me playing.
Wow! You could have fooled me! I had no idea that using music production programs was a great alternative to even classical or orchestral music. What a changing world.
Does anyone know if this works with the Additional Music Project mod, and if this conflicts with mods that have their own music for their own areas (like Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, Forgotten City, etc)?
With this mod.......http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68256/?.....you can have all or some of every music mod made for skyrim and they will be compatible.

Is there any way that this could work on SSE?
I really did want this mod to work.
