The point of this mod is to improve common and weak restore potions into powerfull potions. It's a good way to reduce the weight you're carrying.
It's very simple:
Just go to any cooking pot, in the misc section.
Magicka
4 Potions of Minor Magicka + 1 Red Mountain Flower = 1 Potion of Vigorous Magicka
2 Potions of Magicka + 1 Red Mountain Flower = 1 Potion of Vigorous Magicka
1 Potion of Plentiful Magicka + 1 Red Mountain Flower + 1 Mora Tapinella = 1 Potion of Vigorous Magicka
Healing
4 Potions of Minor Healing + 1 Blue Mountain Flower = 1 Potion of Vigorous Healing
