This my first player home mod not have more room.
1 throneroom (with fake doors), bedroom, equipment room, kitchen, hall, Timesilent island (forgeroom locate behind the moutain), and the lift take you to top of tower.
The tower locate near Rorikstead (other name of the tower is Timeless Tower)
Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC is very recommend (If you not have it may cause crash game).
