ITS JUST FOR FUN - Add a Freefall Tower with an endless spiral stair outside of Whiterun

Well hours of tiring climbing leads to a simple Platform to jump right back to the ground. Its a real nice way to kill yourself or to hit the pool and survive, just kidding you will die.
0.2: now with navmeshes - plz work - i get crazy if i have to redo them.
0.1: a really bit tower outside of whiterun - can't miss it^^
If anyone know how to make a follower jump plz tell me - this would be usefull to get followers on the platform.
Everyone fell free to use it if you want. Just give me some credits.
