Small house in Raven Rock. Non-redoran alternative to Severin Manor. Requires Dragonborn dlc.

About
Small house based on the Imperial Raven Rock architecture.
You can find it on the western edge of town, opposite of Severin Manor on spot where one of the house ruins used to be.
House includes: bed, some storage space, cooking pot, enchanting table, 1 mannequin, 5 weapon racks, 1 wall shield rack, 1 display case, 2 tall bookshelves
Forge and alchemy lab can be found outside in Raven Rock. I didn't add them to keep the house less cluttered.

Installation
This mod requires Dragonborn DLC.
If you are using Nexus mod manager just download this file and activate it.
If you are not using Nexus mod manager extract the .7z into the Data folder and activate the mod using the Skyrim launcher in the Data Files category.

This mod will be incompatible with anything that adds anything to the house area.
I made this mod mostly for my current character, i will grow tired of it eventually so do not expect long term support for this mod.
