This is a standalone xbow. It has its own stronger colour coded bolts:
Ice, Fire, Shock, Regular, Paralysis, Sub-Zero and now Sappin Souls

Craft and Enchant the Assassin's Crossbow - or find one!
The crossbow can be crafted at ANY forge
This is a standalone xbow. It has its own stronger colour coded bolts:
Ice, Fire, Shock, Regular, Paralysis, Sub-Zero, Sappin Souls and now Flames.
Bolts fire faster than regular bolts.
Regular bolt has a glow. (others explode on impact)
Crossbow also has 'Ignore 50% of armor' perk.
Requirements: Ebony Smithing & Arcane Smithing.
Recipe/Temper for Xbow
1x Crossbow
2x Ebony Ingot
1x Ebony Ingot to improve
Bolts are made the same way and place as regular bolts, except you get 25 instead of 10.
Bolt of paralysis/sub-zero/sappin souls/flames can be forged anywhere.
Recipe for 25 Paralysis (silent) bolts:
1x Briar Heart
1x Firewood
1x Steel Ingot
Recipe for 25 Sub-Zero (silent) bolts:
1x Frost Salts
1x Firewood
1x Steel Ingot
Recipe for 25 Sappin Souls (silent) bolts:
1x Petty Soul Gem (empty)
1x Firewood
1x Steel Ingot
Recipe for 25 Flames (silent) bolts:
1x Firesalts
1x Firewood

Q: Do you like cobwebs?
Hint: Look behind the furniture in the bedrooms
Hint: It's not the first DB Sanctuary
