Modified the gold and silver textures and cubemaps of circlets to look more realistic. The textures are from "Better Circlets HQV101" mod I insist in installing it first. Here is the link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6495
Sideffect: the Aetherial Crown looks gold too.
The optional file contains my attempt to correct it. It shows the right colour in the inventory but when you wear it it shows the pure gold colour. Help needed.
I also suggest the file Real Gold and Silver Ingots whitch is a modification of the Real Gold and Silver Ingots mod from starz82 here is the link:

If your silver ingots appear blueish download my misc file instead.
Manual Installation (Gopher's way):
Go to NMM and click on add mod from file (the puzzle bit with the plus sign button at the upper left corner). Find the folder where you've put the downloaded .rar file (preferably a SkyrimMods folder), click on it and then click Open. Then activate. Run the Installer of TESVSkyrim and then hit play.
If you have skse installed, rather than hit play, exit the installer and double click the skse.exe.
