What is it?
It's a house. Well, kind of. It's underground, and it's in Winterhold. It's someone else's house, really, but they're not using it, and so you can move in if you'd like. Want to start the quest off quick? Look for a note lying out in one of the abandoned houses in Winterhold.
What's it got?
A bed and storage, and also handy access to Winterhold through an abandoned house. No enchanting table or ridiculous stuff like that--though there is an alchemy bench up top. That's vanilla. In fact, the quest builds off of a little vanilla detail--a dead College apprentice. There's a little bit of story to go along with it too, and it's all cool with the lore.
Hey it'd be cool if you put...
This is my first house mod, so yeah, if you've got tips, send them my way.
Credits
/tesg/ for putting up with me asking every five minutes if my house looks okay.
Highlight this stuff for spoilers.
Go to Journeyman's Nook and take the journal and key off of Borvir. Go down the hatch, and read the note on the lectern in Underhearth to complete the quest.
Uninstalling
If you're masochistic enough to not use a mod manager, the only extra files other than the ESP you need to worry about are in Data\Scripts and Data\Scripts\Source and are all prefaced with JN.
