Fix Severin Manor\'s lighting by adding a few Morrowind style lanterns that came with the DLC. Also changed the background music to normal Solstheim music.

Fix Severin Manor's lighting by adding a few Morrowind style lanterns that came with the DLC. Also changed the background music to normal Solstheim music.
I tried to stay as close to the original lighting asthetics as possible, and did not modify the original lighting, unlike other similar mods. In the end the house did look very Morrowind-like.
