Version 4.0 uploaded, see change log for full details. *Adds Heavy set *Fixes mounted combat bug *Fixes marker error on Codex *Adds options for Helmet-less versions to main files
Heavy Armor set works like real armor, scales with Heavy armor skill. To use no helmet version, you must first obtain normal spell tomes, then convert them to "edited" tomes at the codex
The "quest" leading to the aquiring the spells has a journal you have to read to know where to go right? Well, that would be fine, bcs one is perfectly fine and the other took me my entire playtrough. And the reward isnt even worth the time i spend on trying to figure out this mod.
I think the journal itself is misleading in the 2nd part of the quest as it could mean more stuff than you realize at first.
So i have downloaded the """"cheat"""" which actually isnt much of a cheat but the author gives you verbal kick in the balls and tells you where to go. It should have been hinted in a better way than it is in forementioned journal.
And the spell itself? At least the looks are good, but the rest just isnt worth it. With no upgrades my character got 56 AR from it, and (now a speculation) It might not work with alteration talent which gives you extra AR if you are not wearing armour.
If you are troubleshoting rn, If you lose one of the items, you have to reinstall the mod and then go to the places to get them.
I was thinking highly of this mod, but it just wasnt worth the time (roughly 6 hours igt) i invested in figuring it out.
I have been tweaking the armors a bit for personal use for myself in the CK. I am new when it comes to CK so bear with me. There are two spells for each of the armors in the spell section of the file. Is there a difference between say Bound Mage Armor and Bound Mage Armor 2? or are they just duplicates.
This id such a neat mod. Been using for years. has anyone been able to get followers to use this spell? Using it with EFF &ASIS, the followers learn it but none actually cast it. Is there a way to make it happen. I Think followers just wont conjure for defense. Not sure. Still a fun mod.
I know this is a year old reply but here you go https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17384 --SE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/88308 -- LE ---They should be able to cast it cuz it will think its acting as a bound sword(Didn't test it myself, just a theory)
Looks like a great mod, but according to the featured video it's quite tedious to acquire. I am of the opinion that their should be a spell tome for each armor set, with the casting skill level adjusted for their tier on the smithing tree. And the vendors that sell that tome adjusted accordingly.
well that makes me sad im no more comfortable with messing with mods as i am taking a part a vehicle and putting it back together... i know nothing about ether one i wish someone would share their already converted file but im sure i have a better chance seeing jesus christ than someone doing it for me. no its not laziness it ignorance on the topic at hand i dont even know how to get the CK lol sooo yeaaaaaaa
I dont think thy're active. if you get it working, post it anyways saying its theirs, and if they see it and have an issue then take it down but most of the time, mod authors dont care as long as their credited

True Bound Daedric Armors
If anyone needs instant access just use AdditemMenu. This moron can't go insulting people just because they want instant access.
It's a good mod and all but I can already tell what kind of person you are just by reading that cheaters text.

extract the bsa, use nifoptimizer to adapt the files to sse, and lastly open the esp in ck and save it. that's all
