Located in the New Gnisis Cornerclub on the bar. The book is just a little piece of information, which I felt I should make just to test my own knowledge on the subject, covering the areas of the creation of the Dunmer and the Tribunal, the Fall of the Tribunal and the aftermath. Nothing to get excited about, but hopefully an interesting read. It's also an Alteration skill book, cus why not?
