1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1. Extract the mod to the Data folder and enable it via the
launcher or mod manager.

2. Mod Load Order

*****************************************************************

This plugin should be fine anywhere in your load order. It will
be incompatible with anything that modifies the racial powers.

3. Mod Description

*****************************************************************

Normally the racial powers you have from picking your race are
restricted to being cast once a day. This mod changes the
powers so they can be cast repeatedly without any sort of
cooldown.

NOTE: Once again I might have used a cooldown for the powers but
I still don't know how to do that.
