A batch file to eliminate the cooldown on all your Shouts. Download and move the folder to your Skyrim directory (NOT THE DATA FILE) proceed to run the game and open the console with the tilde key "~" and type "noshout" without quotes and enjoy. I added this file because I couldn't find a similar one anywhere else on the web, so I made my own. Hope it helps you guys!
