Adds The Dwemer Certified perks to SkyRe\\\'s modified Smithing and Enchanting trees.

- Added two versions:
One that removes the perk "Animunculi" (and its dependant perk) that Skyre has added to the Alteration tree. This is to preserve balance and not to trivialize Dwemer Certified's additions to the game. This is the recommended version.
The Other keeps the SkyRe perks, only adds Dwemer Certified Perks. A bit Imbalanced and not recommended.

Description

This is a small patch I made for myself as I like both mods. Simply adds The Dwemer Certified perks to SkyRe's modified Smithing and Enchanting trees in the appropriate positions.
Requirements
=============
This is merely a compatibility patch, you MUST have both mods installed:
1- SkyRe Main v 0.99.23 +

Installation
=============
Just one esp file. Dump it into Data folder or use NMM.
Versions:

1.0 initial release
1.1 fixes duplicated dwemer crafting and enchanting perks. Should also fix an issue where Dwemer Sphere cannot be crafted.
