GOLD COIN PURSE REDO

This mod changes the amount of gold the player receives from each Gold Coin Purse (Small, Medium, and Large). Version 1 includes random additional "change" amounts of gold on top of the flat amount, the same as Vanilla. Version 2 does not.

"CHANGE"
------------
In Vanilla Skyrim, Gold Coin Purses actually contain 3 items. Flat Gold, and two different types of "change" amounts of gold. One type has a 90% chance of getting a bonus amount of gold (1-9), and the other has a 25% chance of getting a bonus amount of gold (1-9). All purse sizes contain the same amount (1) of 25% chances, but the 10% chances vary. Small Purses have 1 10%, Mediums have 2, and Larges have 3.
