A very large redguard style house for player and followers, with a little dungeon.

A very large, maybe too large redguard style house for player and followers, with a little dungeon.
It was just a test for a future quest mod but it works, and it's fun, so why not.
Location : Go to Solitude docks and look for a ship named "sand rose". There is a map marker. Good trip.
Necromancians in the mine bottom are not leveled, very dangerous for low level npc's so, be careful, or equip one of the protective items i set somewhere in the place.
Required other mods : None.
