NOTICE: if you need further home defense with the same featureset as this mod, Lakeview Avant Garden EX is also available.

COMPATIBILITY NOTES (to be updated when necessary) -- the only compatible mods are those that use only L_NAVCUT collision primitive blocks (for fences or walls), any flora and water mods (except grass mods which edits the ground around any of the Hearthfire homes), or mods that only add lights or small clutter -- PHB will not work with other mods that also heavily edit the Lakeview navmesh.

Draco's HF Home's Exterior Upgrade (for Lakeview) -- this mod has a compatibility patch that's supposed to work with LPHB, but as the author of that mod has not determined which version of LPHB he used to make the patch, please do note that the latest version of LPHB may not work with this Exterior Upgrade.

Lakeview Manor Fortifications -- no, it'll be having clipping problems and navmesh-induced CTDs.

Improved Lakeview Exterior -- same problem: heavy navmesh edits.

Lakeview Manor Upgrade -- incompatible; heavy navmesh edits.

Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul -- COMPATIBLE.

Would this be compatible with hearthfire extended? I would love to have bathing areas for my homes but I don't want to break HE or wreck my game. Thanks :)

It's either Enhanced Vanilla Trees or Skyrim Flora Overhaul II.

Odd question - is it possible to disable the autostrip feature?

It seems a bit odd when NPCs in bikinis decide to fling them off because they're going for a swim

The autostrip system was used because most people use the vanilla bodies or underwear versions of body meshes. For personal use of this mod, they can be removed from the worldspace simply using xEdit: in the worldspace, find instances of LV_poolstrip and LV_reequip and remove them.

Thank you kindly for sharing your work. The last few days I've been trying to find a home for my character and my harem of family, including a fan club that extends to Sovngarde. There are a lot of amazing mods and talented artists, but something keeps bringing me back to Lakeview Manor. Like most, I assume. Awesome that your pool and another mod's wall does the trick for me!

    Soo... Where's my house?

Apart from my missing house, this mod is a great addition to my skyrim ultimate difficulty x99399495. This is just awesome. Even the wolf's blood stains the pool perfectly lol.

Hi. I am disappointed by the Mod. He looks absolutely different, how in the pictures. The Garden with 30 plantable plots does not exist. I also miss the red paving-stones.

You picked and downloaded the bare-bone Classic, not EX.

Clear out your cache first with CCleaner. Or download manually from the browser instead of NMM.

How compatible is this mod with All Homes Remodeled? Specifically Option 3: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44410/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D44410%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D1158306&pUp=1

Should be, if going by the description, that other mod does not add stuff to Lakeview.

As with the previous versions, the pool and tub are heated.
