Ok, I'm about to try this mod with the Wenches Mods. Wish me luck...

I'll report back about the experience.

I gave up trying to get scaling to work with obis and SIC but I did get the difficulty pretty well tweaked. since obis already has some pre made high level enemies and SIC HLE edition does the same for the rest of the monsters, I just used ASIS to make them more dangerous with more spells/perks/higher aggresion and also used ASIS to make more enemies spawn to add to the danger. I also found a mod to give them smithed equipment so they can at least have some decent gear. Even though there are a range of levels there are enough enemies with enough smithed weapons/armor and perks to wreck you if you aren't on the ball. My new favorite thing at the moment is summoning one of the diverse dragons with 8x health/4x breath damage/2x melee damage above a bandit camp and seeing it get destroyed half the time by a barrage of arrows lightning bolts and fireballs.

I don't remove the mod because the base game is so bad about level and ennemies, they must have never resized ennemies when they decided that we could level beyond 50... anyway everyone know that skyrim is a good concept whose realisation has been botched.

So, as an example, bandit attacks in Hearthfires home, the Chief, just OS my housecarl. My housecarl hasn't yet the full big stuff, but still better than the basic one.
Same for my character btw, sometimes a "conqueror" mage will just OS my ass... there are also still bandits that run away when I approach (OS or run, very interesting).
I have the modified abilities installed, guess the atronach are not in the pack, Frost Atronach is at most 2 hits, making conjuration useless.

Thanks anyway for trying to do the job bethesda should have done ! (balancing ennemies/skills and all the stuff... )

you can use console commands to set your housecarl to be the same level as you..

go into console, select him and type "setlevel 1000,0,1,100"

this will set him to be the same level as you, up to level 100 (the last number). The 1st number 1000 = 100% of your current level, you can increase or decrease the parameters as you deem fit.

this works for all NPCs, so you can level up new followers, misc summons, the housecarls of NPC Jarls as well, etc

great mod, using the scaled version now
but I'd like imperial/stormcloak camps be added to the list, and also werebears, that would be great
its no fun murdering a camp of level 22s when Im 55
    otherwise this mod is great

Nope never did figure it out. Is it better to have this lower in your load order or higher, as well is it better to have it installed before body mods on the left or after? The mod says it draws from regular npc and levels them up and renames them so not sure what may be the issue. Nothing is overwriting it nor is anything being overwritten by it on the left pane in Mod Organizer.

It's been so long now, I don't know what my solution was. So many people ask for help, you spend 5 min checking notes, writing out a solution, to have them never come back, so I didn't spend my time.

My first thought would be to DL MFG Console
      https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596

Go in game, find the NPC with the issue.
Open console & click on them.
With MFG you will be able to see their Base ID.
Open the CK & put the B ID into the search bar.

      NOTE
If the base ID is something like 8000000, there is more work to do & it can kind of suck.

      EDIT
I see you commented almost a month ago. I never got a notification, despite tracking this mod & you responding directly to me...

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to make the scaling version level up enemies added by other mods like skyrim immersive creatures and organized bandits of skyrim? i definitely see scaled enemies sometimes like mudcrabs with hundreds of hitpoints and new names but I'm not 100% sure it's working on organized bandits. they definitely seem harder than before but i don't know if that's how that are normally or if it's high level enemies doing it. I can still take down most bandits with a dual wielding power attack or 2 with my legendary scimitars but when I ran into a master vampire in shrieking hills (or something like that) I had to get a 6x sneak attack and follow up with quite a few power attacks fueled by lots of stamina potions to take him down.

I died lots of times and finally got lucky. this guy way an absolute beast compared to other enemies and killed me in 1 or 2 hits where as most bandits need 3-5 hits to take me out. My normal attacks (approx 130 damage) were chipping away at him which leads me to believe he had a few thousand hit points or super high armor. I am also using ASIS for the record. I tried a bashed patch last night and I'm not sure it did anything. I do see some nice equipment and potions on enemies but I wish there was a way to tell for sure what level they are. What I really want is for all enemies to be at least my level unless they're the custom high level ones which would have course be more powerful than me. thank you, i'm still learning.

EDIT: I tried uninstalling obis and the first fort i went to was populated by headless t-pose floating bandits. I fast travelled to the other fort over by the crabbers shanty and used a mod called display enemy level to see if things were ok. first enemy was a level 1 bandit. next enemy was a level 25. i killed them and ran into 3 bandits all level 43 same as me and when i went up a level they all leveled up with me. i left the fort and got in a scrap with a thalmer patrol and they were all level 44 like me with all glass armor. i went back to fort greymoor and it was full of level 44 bandits like it's supposed to be. it seems like some time had to go by for the lower level enemies to be replaced. i still don't know how to make the obis enemies scale with my level but i did come across the SIC version of HLC. sadly after some reading it looks like it wasn't made to scale like i want so i'll keep trying. i keep seeing something about -relev tags but not sure what it means.

Is this compatible with organized bandits in skyrim?
