* COMPATIBILITY *
Should be compatible with any mod, however I don't know about "Open Cities". Please try it and tell me about that.
* PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS *
Since this mod is SURELY not lore-friendly, I'm try to respecting the lore. How? Markarth is poorly decorated because is fighting against Forsworn. Windhelm have just the Christmas tree because is opposing the Empire.
* INSTALL *
Unpack, activate it by the Menu Launcher and enjoy!
* UNINSTALL *
Just delete the ESP and BSA
