Ok I am having a problem with this mod. I read all 15 pages of this thread to look for a solution but no one posted one. This mod does not work for me. Here is what I found from my experiments:
I do not have textures installed at all. I install Long Lashes and the mod does not work. The lashes dont work on NPCs at all. I found out that when i tried changing my eye color in showracemenu sometimes the lashes would work with certain eye colors, but very few of them. Some eye colors even make my eyelashes disappear...
I tried both versions of your file but it is the same for both.
Once again, i do not have any other texture, face, or any mods that alter characters. I DO have an ENB though. It is Realvision ENB but i can't test if the ENB is the problem. Please, can you try to do something Humannature66? I REALLY want this mod to work
It's possibly a good idea to run the mesh through an optimisation step for the more modern NIF file format, but it's possible that the meshes are sufficiently simple that there won't be any difference.

If you are using the mod Female Facial Animation please uninstall it and Long Lashes will work with all eyes!
