DESCRIPTION:
this mod was requested by Computermichael.
This Mod adds a ship north of Dawnstar.
The player can use it as Playerhome.
The NPC's are still there but friendly, the Captain (Orc) can be used as follower or can be married.
Nothing was added to the interior (It's basicly a copy of Dainty Sload).

* optimized navmesh
* added a small step on the ship, so NPCs can follow easily
* changed Captains' Chest into non-resetting (So you can store your stuff there, without a reset)
* added non-resetting Chest for player (you can store stuff there)
