well in ac3 you cant throw the tomahawk so it would make sense i played the entire assassins creed 3 game myself and not once connor threw the axe he just used it for close and deadly combat
commenting now to say it works flawlessly in sse too idk if its worth porting it at this state if so id volunteer since i had fun with this tomahawk mod that connor kenway once held as his primary weapon of choice and his hidden blades

its the nighting gale armour 100% you get it buy doing the nighting gale quest or you could search it on the skyrim wiki and use the player.additem command

Other than that, great mod
Sadly throwing weapons involve heavy scripting in skyrim so it's probably never gonna happen...
