Just added this to Special Edition. Must-have mod. For those wanting to port it for personal use, extract the BSA, run the SSE Nif Optimizer on the files, and repackage everything into a RAR and add to NMM.
leedsfuzz: As always, full credit for resources has been given. Look in the readme (both in this mod's page and in the packaged file, and in the Nexus Credits page). And thanks!
No credit to InsanitySorrow for the gravestones? You rogue.
At any rate, I really like this! Gives a nice feeling of the "generations of heroes" buried there (according to Falkreath's gabbier residents), but maybe they just really liked that one headstone design? Anyway, nice mod.
Arthmoor states that a patch shouldn't be necessary as long as my tombstones/graves don't overlap his. I checked in the game and in the CK for any overlapping and saw none, so both Bring Out Your Dead and The Graves of Falkreath should work together fine.
Y'know, someone should just make a massive catacomb mod that places the catacombs entrance in the Falkreath graveyard. Everyone and their mother fell into a serious depression when they found the graveyard didnt live up to the lore hype, so why not make a little cave/rickety stairway down into a massive labyrinth of skeletons piled on one another. Too spooky?
@dj2005 - I'm also using Bring Out Your Dead and so unfortunately can't use this mod at the moment - would very much appreciate compatibility if possible.

Ormr: Ah yes, I forgot all about the fetal position burials.
somevagrant: Easy to do. I don't think the Nords would throw dead bodies in a giant pile, though.
