To buy a house in Skyrim you need to finish specific quests. With this mod you don't need to.

          • you can buy it if you have enought gold AND if you started Blood on the Ice quest
          • you can decorate it if you have enought gold AND if you finished Blood on the Ice quest*
• Breezehome (Whiterun)
          • you can buy and decorate it if you have enought gold
• Honeyside (Riften)
          • you can buy and decorate it if you have enought gold
• Vlindrel Hall (Markarth)
          • you can buy and decorate it if you have enought gold
• Proudspire Manor (Solitude)
          • you can buy and decorate it if you have enought gold

* There might be an issue, if you chose "Clean up that murderer's mess" you can never finish that quest

AUTOMATIC (with NMM):
just click DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER and after downloading just install it.

MANUAL:
extract content of rar file to <SKYRIMINSTALLFOLDER>/Data.
