Copy the files "Castle Riverwood.esp" und "Castle Riverwood.bsa" into your "Skyrim\Data"-directory.
While launching Skyrim, check if "Castle Riverwood.esp" is enabled.

[Uninstallation]
Delete the files "Castle Riverwood.esp" und "Castle Riverwood.bsa" out of your "Skyrim\Data"-directory.
