it's all vanilla (breton). Made it before racemenu was a thing. You can find the follower here, and turn it into a CK preset. or copy the sliders manually. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21467?
The thing is that she doesnt use babyface smooth normalmaps, but they are based on the breton normalmap from the vanilla game.
These are great. I'm glad someone has finally made dreadlocks. I made them available for my male characters and two of them actually look nice on them. Maybe the word dreadlocks could be place in the title so more people looking for that type of hairstyle can find it. I've been trying to refind this for months to endorse it, lol.
Any chance you'll convert more hair styles like this? I wish there were proper afro styles available for skyrim.
It's done through creation kit, you find the hairstyles and mark the box or add them to list of available for appropriate gender or race. However, usually doing so will create unsightful clippings or patches of skin on the hair itself.
I've been searching for a good dreadlocks mod for my latest's character's custom companion, a Redguard Bodyguard, and I didn't want to download Apachii for their dreads, so this was a great find! Great job.
zzjay, non sapevo che tu fossi italiano. Minchia, ce ne sono tanti di voi sul Nexus! (Ho visto lo screenshot in italiano.)
In any case, if you ever have the time, maybe the Fallout Nexus community would appreciate these hair styles. Seems like that might take some more work though.
I keep wanting to try dreads for my Redguard character, but I've been using the Azar ponytail with physics for its near-realistic movements. Any possibility we might see a collaborative effort between authors like yourself and XP32? The other HDT hairstyles available are waaaay too squirrely on Samarra, for some reason. But XP32 manages to *almost* tame it. These look gorgeous! But still... I would love to see some swingin' dreads!
well im not an expert of HDT or physycs in any way...we use diferent 3d tools and dunno how to work it in blender... but this mod is free to use if he ever wanna do it theres no restriction or anything.just credit nouk.
honestly the amount of polyons is really low and i dont think they woukd behave too well...
if you lower HDT settings the hairs will be less windy...its explained in this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57179/?
