Adds a player home located just down the road from Kynesgrove!

This mod adds a brand new player home to the game! The house is located near Kynesgrove and can be travelled to via fast-travel once discovered. The house is made up of one large room and has such features as a bed, cooking facilities, lots of storage space.
I've tried to make this mod as realistic as possible, to keep with the overall aesthetic and feel of the original game. I'm sorry if this isn't your thing, I plan on working on some more unrealistic player homes or additions at a later date.
