A simple mod that adds a recipe for the Vigilant armor created by Madcat221.
I had noticed there was no way to obtain the armor, unless you buy it directly from Faralda, or find it enchanted on a dead Vigilant of Stendarr. But all one would have to do is throw some robes over your armor. So, with one Mantled College Robe, and a Steel Plate cuirass, you can create your own.
